UK Services
We are the ideal solution for clients requiring an off-site management presence across multiple sites, which operate with a small number of resident or mobile engineers.
We deploy a mobile and responsive multi-skilled workforce, controlled and managed from a centralised helpdesk. They will deliver a first-time-fix, whenever and wherever it’s required.
Our workflow management technology lets us provide a reliable and consistent approach across the business, whatever the client, problem or solution.
We operate 24/7, and use state of the art mobile technology to ensure that our engineers have the information and resources they need before they arrive on-site. Our people have the experience and capability to undertake a wide range of tasks, from reactive and planned maintenance to emergency fabric repairs and mechanical breakdown. Our support team of chartered engineers and system managers are always on hand to help with difficult or unusual problems.
Our services are especially suitable for organisations that operate continuously: private and public health care, emergency services, telecommunications, finance and legal, office and retail.
We are proactive, too. We use advanced software to help target potential plant problems and automate time-consuming processes. This doesn’t just reduce administrative burdens, it cuts the associated costs.
If our client is looking for greater energy efficiency, our energy managers can also arrange continuous energy audits, monitoring and targeting.
Our software programmes include:
Concept
A platform for logging work and reporting performance on a real-time basis.
Web portal
Gives clients access rights to the concept system, so they can view a number of reports which have been designed to suit their needs.
Digital Dashboard
Brings the key service standards to a live summary screen, so the client can have a running visual indicator of status and performance.
Cognito
Here, jobs are issued to engineers via their PDA, which enables the workflow manager to know which engineers are available, to advise accurate arrival times, work status and permits required, and to update the Concept system.
E-logbook solution
This is a web-based logbook which clients can use to see all their contact information, such as service report sheets and statutory certificates, plus any other information specific to their needs.
“We are geographically located to provide an exceptional service to any site in the UK and Ireland. In fact, UK Services delivers a national service locally, reliably and consistently.” UK Services Divisional MD.
