We are experienced in working with most building types in most business sectors. We have particular expertise in corporate offices, banking, heritage buildings and financial services.
We also work extensively with the following types of business: creative and media, insurance, retail, healthcare and pharmaceutical, communications, utilities, stadiums and leisure, managing agents and property consultants. And we have considerable expertise in caring for listed and heritage buildings.
Through initial discussions with our clients, we gain a thorough understanding of a business operation and requirements. This helps us to tailor our solution to their needs and provide optimum value for money.
We look at the span of mechanical, electrical, fabric and facilities maintenance needs, from planned and reactive maintenance to major facilities upgrades.
After a series of customer-based workshops, we put together a site-based team, either to take on the entire responsibility for the building or to work alongside existing staff, with the responsibility and obligations that this entails.
We employ more than 1,000 specialist personnel, including chartered engineers, CAFM systems managers and highly skilled and equipped tradespeople. So we’re able to draw on the precise number of staff with the exact skills that are needed to suit every situation.
