Ian joined Norland Managed Services as Sales Director in June 1997 when Norland had a turnover of £10m and just one London office.
Following his outstanding achievements in this role, Ian was promoted to Managing Director in 2002 where he grew the business into a nationally recognised, industry leading building services business with 11 offices across the country.
In 2007 Ian was made Chief Executive, where he continued to lead the Board of Directors and report to the Chairman.
