In September 2009 Gary was appointed to the role of Director of Sustainability, Energy & Projects. Before that Gary was Divisional Managing Director for Corporate Services having responsibility for over 800 staff across the UK. He has been a board member since 2004.
Prior to working for Norland, Gary worked for Satchwell Control Systems and its parent divisions; Invensys Building Services and Invensys Management Services, in a range of operational roles including Market Development Director and Business Development Director. Gary began his career with Shell.
